1. Bring your books and relax at Fort McHenry

Even if military history is not your thing, visit on a sunny day and you’ll still enjoy the view down the Patapsco River from these 43 waterside acres.

2. Visit Baltimore Museum of Art

A Major cultural destination for the Baltimore region. The BMA presents a variety of dynamic exhibitions and innovative programs throughout the year and frequently hosts special events with cultural and educational partners. The BMA is free for everyone, everyday so that great art is accessible to all. Plus, it right in our back yard (just behind the Wyman Quad)!

3. See Baltimore’s Sports Heroes

Visit statues of Baltimore’s sports heroes at M&T Bank Stadium (Jonny Unitas) and Oriole Park at Camden Yards (Babe Ruth).

4. Tour the Basilica

10.Visit the Edgar Allan Poe Grave

Most people are fascinated by strange and spooky places. Actually, though, this is a very serene and quiet spot in the middle of the city. Poe and Virginia Clemm rest in the Westminster Hall cemetery located at 519 West Fayette, the corner of Fayette and Greene.

Poetry in Motion month in Miami USA

In April Miami buses will be decorated with poetry lines. And who stays on the traffic will read poetry instead of reading text massages. As event planners says they want make people closer to poetry and art.

The official name of event is “Poetry in Motion”. The event will be end in April 30th.

Also there will be so many small events inside of Poetry in Motion month, like reading poems in restaurants, library’s and in galleries.
Not only buses will be decorated with poetry but also stands on the Everglades park and flying banners on the beaches.

In the grand clothing of the festival will perform poet William Stanley and actor James Franco.
